Hello, some customers on MOBILE are unable to scroll on the product category pages (under the Register page). See the screen shot from a customer.
This just started. Can you investigate and offer support? It is preventing some purchases.

Can you confirm the device OS and version that you are experiencing this issue on? I can't seem to replicate on my end.
I was able to replicate the issue on my end, and able to resolve with the following. Try turning off Nice Scroll in Appearance > Theme Options > Layout Options. Then clear any server cache and browser cache.

Thanks for your work on this! I have turned off the Nice Scroll and I will check with my customer in the morning to confirm that she and her clients can access the site.
