Thanks for your response - My customer (the website owner) has an iphone 8 and one of her customers has an iphone11. I don't have information beyond that because I can't survey the website owner's customers. My web developer said it is a JavaScript issue that needs to be fixed but he can't do it.
I was able to replicate the issue on my end, and able to resolve with the following. Try turning off Nice Scroll in Appearance > Theme Options > Layout Options. Then clear any server cache and browser cache.
Thanks for your work on this! I have turned off the Nice Scroll and I will check with my customer in the morning to confirm that she and her clients can access the site.
Hello, some customers on MOBILE are unable to scroll on the product category pages (under the Register page). See the screen shot from a customer.
This just started. Can you investigate and offer support? It is preventing some purchases.
