    Dear Team,

    I must say about your theme and your service is worst.  it's being more than a day and still no reply from your side. what i think. no is ready to take action. is t his your service?. is this your way to react with customer ?

    honestly i am writing this mail to you because  i am chased up to make you understated about my issue. no one is ready to reply. 

    what do you do dear all team? i am not getting. should i reject this theme. or make it refund.
