    Hi there.
We purchased your template as a church in order to facilitate the ability to edit our website; mainly for people that don't work in web design. At first the template seemed easy and we were able to jump right in and start customizing our site but after only a few weeks we started encountering some degree of trouble in getting it to work. The system lags while we try to make edits and there is a tremendous amount of time loss in waiting for the changes to load. Once we do get to the point of being able to preview changes or save/update our edits into our already "live" site, we are encountered with a page that pops up and says "Oops! That page can't be found." (see attachment).

We've tried every option and resource available to us with no success. We've had our server/web host check into the issue. Everything is working fine on that end. We've tried using different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Microsoft Edge) and we are still having the same issue across those platforms. We've tried using different computers to ensure that the actual machine we are using is not incompatible with the system.. we get the same result as well.

The "Live" site itself appears fine and functioning but we can no longer make any changes and that is were we need your help. We don't know what might be the cause or why we are unable to move forward but we've been "Live" for just over 2 months and we are needing some help in being able to get going on this again.

Please contact us as soon as possible, as all of our projects are on hold due to this issue.

    Gratefully and Attentively,
    CCESP Media Team

    Hi Nicole,

Thanks for filing this with me and I'm sorry to hear about the issues that you ran into with this theme. I don't have any other reports of this, so I unfortunately don't have answer out of the gate for you, but I'm more than happy to help with the issues that you're seeing.

01 - First, try running through our Standard Troubleshooting Steps to see if that clears this up for you.

Also, check out this article: Site Loading Slowly

02 - From there, if you are still having issues - please provide some additional information in that article so that I can help out :)

    Cheers! Charlie
