I installed a premium plugin which my client purchased but when I activated it, its not working then I contacted the plugin support he say's that it has a conflict with the theme because they used the default wordpress theme and its working well

Yeah, that's a content builder plugin... the theme comes with two content building solutions, the native WP content and Visual Composer (the #1 selling plugin of all time).
If you want support for this non-theme-included 3rd party plugin, you'll need to reach out to a freelancer or the plugin author for support.

The error is pointing to the polytechnic theme folder that means it is blocking the 3rd party plugin

Can you help me with this concern?
Try navigating to Appearance > Theme Options > Layout Options and toggling Nice Scroll to OFF. As that plugin author suggested, there plugin conflicts with the nicescroll js in some way.
