Welcome to the Theme Island Studios support forum. While here you can browse our FAQs, search public tickets, and file your own ticket if you're still having trouble. Your feedback is important.

Note: We will be out of the town from 8.01.2014 to 8.09.2014.  During this time, please make full use of our FAQ section and standard troubleshooting steps. If you are still having issues, please let us know but we will only be responding to major bugs when internet availabilty permits.


Here are some common troubleshooting steps, and helpful notes to assist you with any issues that you might be running into:

  1. Disable your (non-theme-included) third-party plugins (required)
  2. Re-download/re-upload a fresh/stock/updated copy of the theme (required)
  3. Documentation - Check out the setup guides and documentation included with the theme-download-package and in the theme itself (Appearance > Theme Options > "Using This Theme," "Quickstart Guide," and "Support and Plugins" tab(s) for hints and help.)
  4. Login and search to see if your question has already been asked! You can search previously opened public tickets here on Ticksy by typing in a keyword (ie. Menu) to search all tickets containing that search phrase. The more general you are, the more tickets results you'll receive. Remember that there are several variations to any search. For example, if you are searching "Menu" make sure to also search "Navigation". Then, if you are trying to change the color you can search "Color" "Font" and "Text" etc. - You get the idea

*Note that we don't support third-party plugins beyond those that we officially recommend with each theme (check your Theme Options panel and/or Documentation file for the full list).


If you have any questions, feedback, or issues, please include the following:

  • An active URL to the elements in question that we can check out
  • Screenshot(s) of the element(s) in question so that we know exactly what we are looking for
  • A description on how we might replicate this 'issue' on our end - with references to the link and screenshot(s)
  • What you would like us to do (for example "fix it" isn't always applicable)
  • (If necessary) A temporary login if necessary (as a private ticket or as a private response to a public ticket) so that we can further diagnose the issue

If you have multiple questions please open individual tickets to help expedite your tickets.

Dont't forget to re-read your ticket! If it doesn't make sense to you, it won't make sense to us ; )
